Flange Production Standards

We supply flanges manufactured to multiple international standards. Below are the major flange standard systems we work with.

ANSI / ASME

American National Standards — class-designated flanges (150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500 lb) per ASME B16.5 and B16.47.

DIN

Deutsches Institut für Normung — PN-designated flanges (PN 6 to PN 400) per DIN 2501 and EN 1092.

JIS

Japanese Industrial Standards — JIS B2220 flanges, K-class pressure ratings, common in Asian markets.

BS

British Standards — BS 1560 (now superseded by BS EN 1092) and BS 4504 for general-purpose flanges.
